Meet Mark.

Mark grew up in small-town north Alabama and moved to the Nashville area in 1987 to begin a career in environmental consulting. He went on to spend 24 years with the State of Tennessee, first in Water Resources and then in the Hazardous Waste program, working to protect the state’s land and water before retiring. It’s a background that comes in handy when helping people buy and sell property, because he knows what questions to ask about what’s on and under the ground.

In 2014, he married Greeneville native and Realtor Kelly Morrison and started helping with her business. He enjoyed it so much that he earned his own license in 2018, putting his knowledge of middle Tennessee to work for clients. In 2025, the couple moved to Greeneville, and Mark has been happily exploring northeast Tennessee ever since.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him hiking, kayaking, playing tennis, picking up his guitar, cooking, or tending his garden. A lifelong reader and history lover, he can often be spotted wandering downtown Greeneville and the surrounding countryside, soaking in the sights and the stories behind them.

Mark’s approach is simple: educate first, put your needs ahead of everything else, and keep things relaxed. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but with Mark in your corner, you’ll understand every step and feel at ease along the way. He looks forward to serving you.
